Responsibilities: Coordinates and supervises activities for implementation of financial, credit, and tax policy of the Institute; organizes planning, control, and improvement of the following: financial management and budgets, accounting, tax and management accounting, mutual settlements, bank and cash payments, issues of financial borrowings, issuance and repayment of guarantees by the Institute; coordinates and supervises the process of conducting an independent audit of the consolidated and separate financial statements of the Institute.

Ms. Zhailybaeva graduated from the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in 1999, major- “Economist – Manager”.  She received MBA from the HEC School of Management (2005) and the University of Wales, PGC (2016).

Ms. Zhailybaeva has a 16 –year experience of working in the sphere of finance and economy, including a 10-year managerial experience in the uranium industry.

Her career started in 2000 at JSC “KEGOK”, where she worked as a leading specialist of the financial management and chief specialist of the Department of Financial Planning and Analysis. From October 2004 to July 2012 she worked in “Mining Company” LLP as a financial control manager, acting director of the Finance Department, and Director of Treasury. She continued her professional career in the system of JSC “NAC “Kazatomprom” in LLP “JV “Betpak Dala” as Deputy General Director for Economics and Finance (2012- 2016 g).  Ms. Zhailybaeva has held the current position since May 2016.
