Department of Risk Management and Business Administration of the Institute of High Technologies is in charge of risk management. Risk management is conducted in accordance with the working internal documents on risk management developed on the basis of regulatory documents of the JSC “NAC “Kazatomprom”.
Institute of High Technologies has a methodological basis for risk management, established procedures for identifying risks, and practices limiting risks (identifying risk appetite and tolerance levels in relation to key risks, implementing the system of key risk indicators). The Risk Management Plan is updated annually.
Risk Management Department of the Institute of High Technologies provides comprehensive management of strategic, financial, operational, legal, and project risks at the Institute in accordance with the international standards in the field of risk management.
