Aleksandr Borisovich Avdeyev

Deputy Director General for Research and Development

Graduate of Kazakh Chemical Technology Institute, Shymkent (mechanical engineer) in 1987.

Additionally, he received an MBA degree from Moscow Mining University (NRTU MISA) with a degree in Mining Management in 2017, and also studied at Tomsk Polytechnic University in the field of Geology of Uranium Deposits (2020).

After completing his studies, he began his career as a mechanic at an enrichment plant at Karatau Chemical Plant in 1987.

From 2003 to 2008, he worked at INCOMTYRE JSC as Vice President and Managing Director of the Production and Operations Block and Technology Innovation.

From 2008 to 2018, he held the positions of Chief Engineer and Deputy General Director at JV Zarechnoye JSC.

From 2018 to 2021, he worked as the General Director of APPAK LLP, a subsidiary of NAC Kazatomprom JSC.

In 2022, he was the Chief Engineer at ISL Metals Group LLP.

From 2023 to 2024, he held the position of Deputy Head of Production at YurAsia Energy Holdings Ltd.

From October 2024 to the present, he has been working as the Chief Engineer of the CMS project at IVT LLP.

He has the following awards and achievements:

•2013 — Honorary badge "Honored Worker of the Nuclear industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the III degree (bronze badge);

•2018 — Honorary badge "Honored Worker of the Nuclear industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the II degree (silver badge);

•2020 — Medal of the KAZENERGY Association for labor merits and development of the oil and gas and energy complex of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

•Total work experience: 37 years, in the system of NAC Kazatomprom JSC — 13 years and 4 months.
